US Patent No. 9,956,156 B2; Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., Skillman, NJ, has patented a composition that is comprised of liquid vesicles suspended within a pharmaceutically-acceptable liquid carrier. The liquid vesicles comprise Minoxidil or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof and an C12-C18 alcohol ester of a carboxylic acid. The carrier comprises one or more solubilizer(s), one or more solubilizing acid(s) or mixtures thereof.
